Sumner Kaplan, former Trial Court Judge and State Representative, welcomed me into his Brookline home to talk about his distinguished career and memorable childhood, which he spent in Roxbury.

Nice interview, sadly he died today 22 March 2011 – 91 years old. May his memory be ever a blessing.
I’m so glad I filmed this interview with him and so glad that he was able to come to the big party we had with our fitness classes (Sumner and Ellie have been my fitness students for about 7 or 8 years) in November – probably the last public event he attended, as he was already ill.
