Henry and Anne Schwab of Brookline, who emigrated from Europe during the Holocaust.  Henry became one of the Ritchie Boys, a group of German Jews who enlisted in the U.S. Army and were sent on espionage and propaganda missions in Europe.  Anne’s own escape was fraught with danger, and her settling in Brookline began her rediscovery of community.
